payment policies and cancellation

50% deposit is due to reserve your stay. The remaining 50%, plus security deposit, is due 60 days prior to your check in date.

Payments can be made via check. Please inquire about credit card payments, which may result in a surcharge.

Reservations may be cancelled and deposit refunded, if written notice is provided 90 days prior to check-in date and we are able to re-book.

 

pets

There are no pets allowed on the property. Any violations will result in withholding of the security deposit.

 

linens and towels

Guests are to provide their own linens, towels, and beach towels.

 

Cleaning fees include standard cleaning, vacuuming, etc. It does NOT include dishes, laundry, or any deep cleaning. If any of these are required as a result of your stay, the additional cleaning fees will be withheld from your security deposit.
