All peak weeks are Friday 3pm Check-in, Friday 10am Check-out.

• Main cottage: $4,200 per week ($195 cleaning fee; $500 security deposit)
• Guest house: $2,100 per week ($120 cleaning fee; $250 security deposit)
• Both houses combined: $6,000 per week ($315 cleaning fee; $600 security deposit)

July and August

• Both houses combined: $6,000 per week ($315 cleaning fee; $1,000 security deposit)

Shoulder Weeks (May, September, October, and Winter Holidays)

• Main cottage: $450 per night ($195 cleaning fee per stay; $50 per night refundable security deposit)
• Guest house: $300 per night ($120 cleaning fee per stay; $25 per night refundable security deposit)

Off-season (November – April, excluding Holidays)

• Main cottage: $300 per night ($195 cleaning fee per stay; $50 per night refundable security deposit)
• Guest house: $175 per night ($120 cleaning fee per stay; $25 per night refundable security deposit)

Cancellation Policy

50% deposit is due to reserve your stay. The remaining 50%, plus security deposit, is due 60 days prior to your check-in date.

Payments can be made via check. Please inquire about credit card payments, which may result in a surcharge.

Reservations may be cancelled and deposit refunded if written notice is provided 90 days prior to check-in date and we are able to re-book.
